Role Description

We're looking for a driven and proactive Customer Success Manager to help us scale Scrapingdog by nurturing leads, owning product announcements, and growing our presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and beyond. If you're the kind of person who loves connecting with users, managing outreach pipelines, and growing developer-focused products, we want to hear from you.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Handling: Engage with all hot leads, follow up, demo, and convert.
• Cold Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential users and partners to grow Scrapingdogs' customer base.
• Product Promotion: Actively promote Scrapingdogs' new features, use cases, and success stories across LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Email Campaigns: Write and send emails to all users when a new feature is launched or when a major update goes live.
• User Follow-ups: Check in with hot leads to ensure they are able to use the product effectively and resolve blockers if any.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication (English)
• Experience in growth, digital marketing, or outbound campaigns
• Familiarity with SaaS tools and CRM platforms
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Bonus: Experience in web scraping, APIs, or technical product marketing
