Were Hiring: Customer Success Manager Contact Centre Focus

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the primary portfolio owner for enterprise customers using our contact-centre/outbound engagement platform.
  
• Act as trusted advisor for contact-centre operations (sales, collections, proactive service, omnichannel outreach).
  
• Drive platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and value-realisation so that customers achieve their business outcomes with Acqueon.
  
• Monitor customer health metrics, identify churn risk, uncover expansion/upsell opportunities.
  
• Onboard new customers, ensure first-value milestones are hit quickly. Zendesk+1
  
• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support) to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
  
• Engage with contact-centre technology stakeholders: dialers, CRM/CTI integrations, omnichannel workflows, performance metrics etc.
  

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in Customer Success / Account Management with experience in contact-centre / outbound operations (B2C environment preferred).
  
• Deep understanding of contact centre operations: agent productivity, right-party contact, occupancy, dialer configurations, integrated workflows.
  
• Strong analytical mindset: you interpret usage data, health scores, and translate into actions for retention and growth.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills: you’ll engage with senior operations/technology leaders in customer organisations.
  
• Self-starter, proactive in building customer relationships and driving value.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing SaaS environment and managing change.
