Job Description

Customer Success Management (CSM) function

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Monitoring (Channel Agnostic)
Applications, servers, transactions, and products.
Customer engagements across tickets, chats, and social media.
Reports (MIBI) – Tableau & Core dashboards.
Service Enablement & Operations
Configuration and scalable utility services.
Deployments, MDM, service integrations.
Transmission, transactional stages, and processing.
Quality & operational assurance, reengineering, and transformation initiatives.
Strategic Leadership
Drive “Right-shored, Tech-driven Managed Services.”
Champion the Voice of Customer (VOC) framework.
Shape global CSM strategies in alignment with management goals.
Training, development, and building high-performance service teams.
Ensure international best practices are matched and exceeded.

Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of application monitoring, deployments, and service enablement.
Skilled in Tableau / reporting tools and operational analytics.
Background in process transformation & operational excellence.
Ability to visualize and drive global CSM scope and VOC strategies.
People leadership – with capability to mentor, train, and scale teams.
