Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Specialist to lead and manage all core blockchain development activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contracts, DApps, cryptographic protocols, and decentralized networks. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying secure and scalable blockchain-based solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop end-to-end blockchain solutions, including smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (DApps). Lead the implementation of blockchain architecture for new and existing projects. Manage node setup, blockchain integration, on-chain/off-chain data management, and tokenization strategies. Conduct in-depth technical analysis, prototyping, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, DevOps, product) to align blockchain solutions with company goals. Ensure security, performance, and scalability of blockchain applications. Maintain documentation of code, protocols, and project architecture. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in blockchain technology and recommend improvements to existing processes. Provide technical mentorship and training to junior developers when required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development. Proficiency with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, or Hyperledger. Experience in writing smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, Vyper, or similar. Deep understanding of cryptography, distributed ledger technology, consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, etc.), and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155). Familiarity with tools like Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache, Remix, and web3.js or ethers.js. Experience integrating blockchain with front-end and backend services (RESTful APIs, GraphQL). Strong debugging, testing, and deployment skills (including testnet and mainnet deployment). Understanding of Layer 2 scaling solutions, DeFi protocols, and blockchain security best practices.
