About the Role:

Lead Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing Java applications.
• Guide and mentor a team of developers through the software development lifecycle.
• Architect and implement backend components, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, and DevOps engineers for successful delivery.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure robust solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in

  Java

  development.
• Proficiency in

  Spring Framework

  , including

  Spring Boot

  ,

  Spring MVC

  , and

  Spring Security

  .
• Experience in building

  RESTful APIs

  and working with

  Microservices architecture

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Object-Oriented Design

  ,

  Data Structures

  Algorithms

• Experience with

  Databases

  (SQL/NoSQL) – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

• Experience with

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.
