Senior Delivery Head

We’re hiring a Senior Delivery Head to lead our 200+ member India Tech Centre — the core engine behind a global fintech powering Forex, Lending & Financial Services.

This role needs a tech-first, execution-obsessed leader who can deliver real outcomes — not just run process.

What You’ll Own

* End-to-End Tech Delivery – Drive platforms across Forex, Lending, Compliance & CX

* Platform & Architecture Oversight – Lead modular, API-first design with scalability & security

* Product-to-Code Execution – Convert business needs into clean, timely, reliable releases

* Cross-Team Tech Orchestration – Align backend, frontend, QA, DevOps & InfoSec

* Governance Without Bureaucracy – Track delivery health, risks, and outcomes with agility

* Compliance-Built-In – Deliver secure, auditable, regulatory-ready platforms

* Mentorship & Ownership Culture – Grow tech talent and foster accountability

 What You Bring

* 12+ years in Fintech/BFSI/Payments/Credit tech delivery

* Strong in architecture, platform delivery & cross-team execution

* Deep understanding of compliance, audit, and risk from a tech lens

* Decisive, adaptable & outcome-focused

* Strategic thinker. Execution-oriented. Tech-savvy. Great stakeholder manager.
