About The Role

We’re looking for a

Customer Success Engineer

who is passionate about solving problems, helping clients succeed, and bridging the gap between technology and customer needs. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, technical support, and ongoing success of our clients while collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers after onboarding, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues using tools like Jira.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to communicate client requirements and feedback.
  • Assist clients with product integrations, configurations, and usage queries.
  • Use JavaScript and related tools to help clients with minor customizations or troubleshooting tasks.
  • Manage and handle multiple client accounts, ensuring timely responses and issue resolutions.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or upselling.
  • Document client interactions, product bugs, and feature requests effectively.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product features and communicate technical solutions in a simple, clear way.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Highly responsible, accountable, and self-driven individual with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Preferred Skills (is a Plus If Have)

  • Experience with SaaS or API-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp API or marketing automation tools.
