Job Description

As a Customer Success Engineer in the Telecommunications team, your role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecom systems to ensure seamless communication services. This position is suitable for freshers with a foundational understanding of networking concepts who are eager to pursue a career in telecom infrastructure and support operations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to servers, networks, and telecommunications systems to ensure uninterrupted service. - Perform regular monitoring of Softswitches, analyze performance metrics, and take corrective action when required. - Diagnose and resolve network performance issues related to LAN/WAN, jitter, latency, and packet loss. - Assist in configuring and maintaining routing and switching equipment to support telecom operations. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify, escalate, and resolve complex network or call-related issues. - Maintain accurate logs of incidents, resolutions, and performance metrics. - Ensure adherence to company policies and telecom network standards. Required Skills and Knowledge: - Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routing, and switching. - Familiarity with Softswitch operations and VoIP technologies is an advantage. - Knowledge of network parameters like jitter, latency, and bandwidth utilization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Willingness to work in shifts (if required) and learn new telecom technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in networking or telecom support are encouraged to apply. - Certification or basic knowledge of CCNA / Networking fundamentals will be an added advantage. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-time telecom network environments and have a clear career progression path towards roles such as Network Engineer, VoIP Engineer, or System Administrator. Location for this position is Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The work location is in person.
