Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and effective support to users via Intercom and email during Indian business hours. Assist users with onboarding, setup, and advanced use cases of TexAu tools. Maintain and update the knowledge base with detailed solutions to common questions and challenges. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions. Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and recommend product improvements. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years in a technical support role, preferably in SaaS or automation platforms. Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zapier, Google Sheets, and Airtable. Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with APIs, browser extensions, and data workflows (TexAu experience is a plus). Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript is a plus. Prior experience supporting customers via Intercom or email. Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to web scraping or software workflows. As a Customer Success Engineer at TexAu, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer technical queries with clarity, empathy, and precision via Intercom, email, and support tickets. - Debugging and resolving issues related to Supabase, SQL queries, NestJS APIs, and AWS CloudWatch logs. - Guiding users through platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices for automation and data workflows. - Collaborating with engineering to escalate and resolve complex bugs, and contributing to internal documentation. - Monitoring and triaging incoming support requests in Intercom to ensure timely and high-quality responses. - Creating and maintaining technical help articles, FAQs, and walkthroughs to empower self-service. - Identifying recurring issues and proposing product or documentation improvements. - Assisting with onboarding new customers, including setup guidance and workflow optimization. - Advocating for customer needs internally by surfacing feedback to product and engineering teams. - Participating in internal QA and testing of new features before release. - Maintaining a deep understanding of TexAu's platform, APIs, and automation capabilities.
