We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide outstanding support during Indian business hours. In this role, you will ensure our users gain maximum value from TexAu’s solutions while troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and effective support to users via Intercom and email during Indian business hours.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TexAu’s platform, including automation workflows, web scraping, and data integration.
  • Assist users with onboarding, setup, and advanced use cases of TexAu tools.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base with detailed solutions to common questions and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and recommend product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in a technical support role, preferably in SaaS or automation platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zapier, Google Sheets, and Airtable.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with APIs, browser extensions, and data workflows (TexAu experience is a plus).
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting customers via Intercom or email.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to web scraping or software workflows.
  • Fluency in additional languages(French, South Indian) is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
