The Workday Systems Analyst will function as a strategic contributor for HCM processes at Curriculum Associates (CA) leveraging Workday technologies. This role will provide oversight in Workday HCM initiatives and be able to advise business users on optimal configuration and setup. This role will provide detailed business analysis to outline business problems and opportunities while proposing solutions with impacts. The Workday Systems Analyst will also implement practical business solutions related to the Workday suite of HCM functions as well as integration support. The ideal candidate will be able to support operational enhancements, provide project support, and respond quickly to changes/requests from the business as they occur. Along with the other Workday Administrators, this position is responsible for the administration, and ongoing maintenance and support of the Workday configuration, integration technologies and reporting while working collaboratively with stakeholders. Essential duties/responsibilities: Coordinate and run user testing and manage the launch of business processes. Proactively prepare for annual activities and bi-annual releases supported by the Workday system while working with all cross functional departments to implement related changes to workstreams Collaborate with functional business owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather high level and detailed requirements. Development and maintenance of technical system documentation surrounding HCM processes and related interfaces including test script documentation. Responsible for business process configurations, testing, and deployment while ensuring data integrity. Responsible for supporting the deployment, migration, maintenance, monitoring, and administration of the Workday Platform. Responsible for the development, deployment and support of custom Workday Integrations as well as supporting API and Workday Connector integrations. Required Job Skills and Abilities: Ability to be flexible and handle multiple priorities Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to a diverse audience, including senior executives, and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses Highly responsive, organized, and detail oriented Required Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical field like computer science, information systems, etc. A minimum of 5+ years of experience with functional and technical Workday HCM. Specific experience with the following is required: Workday Studio and API integrations Workday Security Workday Time Tracking Workday Absence Workday Benefits Workday Performance Workday Talent Optimization Workday Reporting
