Job Description

Note: Should be open to night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical point of contact and
customer expert
for Prisma SASE solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of customer environments, use cases, and success goals.
Identify potential risks to customer objectives and collaborate with the account team to design and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively, balancing expectations and ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to address customer issues.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and communication.
Participate in ongoing training to remain current on Prisma SASE technologies and networking trends.

Mandatory Technical Experience

4- 8 years of experience in Networking, VPNs, and Firewalls.
experience with security products and/or offerings
Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer
expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.
Good knowledge of Network protocols such as ARP, IP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, and DNS
Good Knowledge of the routing protocols, such as OSPF and BGP
Good Knowledge of Network security protocols such as IPsec, SSL, and GRE
