Customer Success Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining Seceon as a Customer Success Engineer, where you will play a crucial role as the primary technical point of contact for customers. Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and ongoing success with Seceon's cybersecurity solutions. By collaborating with customers, internal support teams, and engineering, you will aim to resolve issues, drive adoption, and maintain overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to Seceon customers, assisting them with onboarding and implementing the platform. - Collaborate with internal support and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Conduct product training sessions and provide support to enable customers effectively. - Monitor customer health and usage trends, offering proactive suggestions for improvements. - Gather customer feedback to contribute to product enhancements and customer retention strategies. - Create documentation including processes, FAQs, and solutions to enhance the knowledge base. - Support sales and pre-sales activities by conducting product demos and providing technical clarifications when required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or implementation engineering role. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, with a preference for knowledge in SIEM, SOC operations, and threat detection. - Basic knowledge of networking, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure, with experience in AWS/Azure considered a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.,
