Technical Support
Provide first-level support for Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
Microsoft SQL Server, networking, and internet-related issues.
Assist clients with troubleshooting, configuration, and basic database queries.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
and support.
Understand client needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
