Samply is India’s first targeted sampling platform that connects FMCG brands directly with RWA societies, allowing free product sampling to the right audience. We specialize in curated, data-driven sampling experiences that help brands generate authentic feedback, awareness, and conversions.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and organized CRM Executive/Manager to oversee brand and consumer relationships, manage campaign data, and ensure smooth communication between brands, RWAs, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer (brand and RWA) databases using CRM tools.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Coordinate between brand managers, RWA heads, and internal operations for smooth execution.
  • Handle brand onboarding and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Create and maintain detailed records of campaign interactions and performance reports.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning customer retention and re-engagement strategies.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with data insights for lead nurturing.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and CRM hygiene across all projects.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and data interpretation ability.
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for reporting and tracking.
  • Problem-solving attitude with multitasking ability.
  • Prior experience in marketing, client servicing, or operations is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer support roles (FMCG/marketing background preferred).
