Job Description

Outbound sales process for Bank

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about Banking services.
Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit card services.
Drive
activation process
by ensuring newly acquired customers start using their credit cards promptly.
Manage
retention process
by engaging with existing customers, resolving concerns, and offering relevant upgrades or benefits to enhance loyalty.

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A graduation degree (any stream) is mandatory.
Freshers and candidates with BPO or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Age limit:
18 to 32 years
.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary:
16,000 to 26,000 (in-hand)

Monday to Saturday:
