Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
Maintain customer records and update necessary information in the system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 70% in 10th & 12th.
1+ year of customer service experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills can ).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
