Job Description

Role & responsibilities F ocuses on leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets through outbound sales strategies . The leader manages the team, provides coaching, and may also have their own individual sales goals. The role involves a mix of sales leadership, team management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Outbound Sales Activities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads. Lead Qualification: Identify, qualify, and conduct needs analysis on potential clients. CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts. Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for management. Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales manager on effective sales strategies. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding of new clients. Problem Solving: Address escalated customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and improve sales skills. Qualifications: Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading and motivating sales teams. Sales Experience: Strong sales experience, particularly in outbound sales. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and data management. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges and find solutions. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other team members and departments.
