As a Sales Team Lead at Qua Nutrition, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of tele sales executives to achieve high performance, drive revenue growth, and maintain excellent service standards. Your strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management skills will be instrumental in helping the team meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and support a team of tele sales representatives to consistently achieve sales goals. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with the business objectives of Qua Nutrition. - Monitor daily tele sales operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to processes. - Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to strengthen team performance. - Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and refreshers to enhance skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. - Track performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative team environment. - Identify opportunities based on customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches. - Work closely with the marketing team to execute aligned sales campaigns and initiatives. - Handle complex or escalated customer queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. - Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales results, and operational insights to senior management. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead, Assistant Manager Sales, or similar role in a tele sales or call centre environment. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in tele sales, with at least 3 years in a team-leading or supervisory role. - Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. - Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive performance and meet targets. - Analytical skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions. - Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing escalations. - Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools is an added advantage. - Ability to thrive under pressure and handle fast-paced work environments. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. - Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
