We are a 360° creative marketing agency based in Gurgaon, working with leading brands across fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and luxury. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Representative to join our team and work across our agency and its client brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer and client relationships effectively
• Maintain and update CRM databases with accuracy
• Support lead sourcing, tracking, and follow-ups
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Email, and Instagram
• Assist in CRM campaign planning and execution
• Prepare regular reports and customer feedback summaries
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, creative, and operations
• Contribute to business modelling, research, and data analysis as required

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA graduate (Marketing, Operations, or related specialization)
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards)
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
