Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional, located in Gurugram. The role involves managing and analyzing customer interactions and data to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. CRM tasks include maintaining customer databases, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer relationships, and working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent Analytical Skills for understanding customer data and market trends
• Strong Communication skills for effective customer interactions and internal collaboration
• Sales experience and a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Project Management skills to oversee customer-oriented projects and initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
