Business Growth Manager (IVF Insurance)

As a Business Development Manager in the Sales & Partnerships (IVF) department at our company, your primary responsibility will be to create, manage, and scale partnerships with IVF doctors, fertility clinics, maternity hospitals, corporates, and wellness centers in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. Your role will involve developing and growing business for IVF & Maternity Insurance in the assigned region. Some key responsibilities include: - Developing and growing business in the assigned region for IVF & Maternity Insurance. - Building and managing partnerships with fertility clinics, IVF specialists, gynecologists, and maternity hospitals. - Exploring corporate partnerships (HR, employee wellness programs) to position preventive care + maternity insurance solutions. - Engaging with the wellness ecosystem, including diagnostic labs, fitness/yoga centers, and preventive healthcare providers. - Conducting awareness workshops, seminars, and client education drives with clinics and corporates. - Owning sales targets and delivering consistent business growth. - Providing market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to strengthen product positioning. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Experience: 3-7 years in Health Insurance Sales / Corporate Insurance / Healthcare Partnerships / Pharma Sales (Gynecology or IVF segment) / Hospital Business Development. - Strong network in the healthcare ecosystem (IVF, maternity, wellness). - Track record of achieving or exceeding sales/partnership targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to work independently and scale a new market. - Local language fluency + strong city-level network.
