What We're Looking For: Concept Development: Develop and refine visual concepts in collaboration with clients and the internal team to meet creative strategies. Graphic Creation: Create high-quality visual assets across diverse media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and the project requirements of the client. Client Interaction: Pitch your visual concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and maintain a strong understanding of client requirements throughout the deliveries. Trendsetter: Stay ahead of social media design trends and evolve. Management & Assurance: Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, while monitoring progress and resolving issues. Creative Sync: Collaborate with our creative team to ensure brand consistency across digital channels. Innovation: Contribute above-mediocre creative strategies and drive innovation by experimenting with new design approaches and trends, which we certainly appreciate. You Bring: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). 2 years in a visual design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing an impressive set of visual work. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma for sure! **Additional will always keep us your admirer. Mastery of design fundamentals, color vibes, type, and layout. Top-notch communicator, clear on concepts and pitches. Experienced team leader with a collaborative enthusiasm.
