Job Summary:

We’re looking for a learned Communication Designer to join our dynamic marketing agency. The ideal candidate must be a creative powerhouse with expertise in crafting visually captivating Motion Graphics as well sharp with UI & UX designs that convey compelling stories and resonate with diverse audiences.

With a solid foundation in design principles and a knack for storytelling, you’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns, brand communication strategies, marketing initiatives, and delivering impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding:

• Develop creative visuals that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Design marketing collaterals, including social media graphics, presentations, ads, and branding assets.

• Create original illustrations and icons to enhance branding and marketing materials.

• Prepare mockups and prototypes to present design concepts effectively.

• Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns.

Motion Design & Video Creation:

• Create motion graphics, videos, and GIFs for digital platforms to enhance engagement.

• Edit and optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality output.

• Incorporate the latest trends to ongoing projects

• Storyboard video content in collaboration with the creative team.

Landing Pages & Web Assets:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing web assets, including landing pages.

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of web designs.

• Ensure designs are optimized for user experience and conversion goals.

• Test and refine web assets based on user feedback and analytics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in graphic and motion design with a portfolio showcasing versatility.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar software.

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and colour theory.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
