Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and licenses. Oversee user account management (Active Directory, email, access rights, etc.). Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades. Monitor network connectivity, bandwidth usage, and resolve connectivity issues. Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, procurement, and support. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Support implementation of new technologies and systems. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role. Strong knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and server management. Proficiency with operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and office software. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, or Google Workspace). Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
