DALOG Company provides advanced online condition monitoring solutions that help industries like cement, steel, power, mining and oil & gas reduce equipment failure, improve reliability, and optimize maintenance. We work with leading industrial companies to ensure smooth and safe operations using real-time data and analytics. We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to ensure that our clients have a smooth, valuable, and professional experience with our systems and services. You will handle everything from onboarding to support coordination and help build strong, long-term relationships with our customers in heavy industries. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Client Management - Act as the single point of contact for assigned industrial clients—building strong relationships with plant managers, maintenance heads, and CXOs. Sales & Solutioning - Own the sales process for existing and new customers. Visit customer sites as needed to understand operational pain points and propose tailored solutions and service offerings. New Opportunity Development - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer feedback and operational needs. Prepare proposals and close deals that add value to both the parties. Onboarding & Engagement - Lead new customer onboarding, document service interactions, and conduct periodic reviews to drive performance improvement and satisfaction. Customer Feedback & Improvement - Gather customer feedback and insights to suggest improvements in service processes, platform features, and commercial offerings. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role combining sales and technical support , preferably in industrial IoT , predictive maintenance , or manufacturing automation . Proven track record of B2B solution selling in heavy industries (cement, steel, mining, power, oil & gas). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable engaging with plant-level teams as well as senior leadership. Good understanding of condition monitoring , sensor-based data , or industrial reliability systems . Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations Strong documentation skills and experience using CRM or service management tools. Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation) is a strong advantage. Show more Show less
