New Opportunity Development - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer feedback and operational needs. Prepare proposals and close deals that add value to both the parties. Comfortable engaging with plant-level teams as well as senior leadership. Good understanding of condition monitoring , sensor-based data , or industrial reliability systems . Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations Strong documentation skills and experience using CRM or service management tools.
