What are we looking for? "•VBOUT Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and utilizing VBOUT tools and features, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder. •Marketing Automation Experience: Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing marketing automation campaigns, including audience segmentation, journey creation, and analytics. •CRM Integration: Experience in integrating VBOUT with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure seamless data flow. • SQL: Proficiency in SQL to customize email content, create complex data filters, and perform advanced data manipulations. •Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. •Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with marketing teams, IT, and other stakeholders. •API Integrations: Understanding of API integration concepts to facilitate data exchange between VBOUT and other platforms. •Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to extract insights and present performance reports. •Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies to drive projects efficiently. •Personalization and Segmentation: Experience in creating personalized customer experiences through advanced segmentation strategies."
Roles and Responsibilities: •Marketing Automation Strategy execution: •Collaborate with marketing teams and project managers to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive execution/workflow for marketing automation strategies using VBOUT. Technical Leadership: •Lead a team of VBOUT developers and SMEs, providing technical guidance, support, and mentoring. Facilitate technical decision-making and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. VBOUT Implementation: •Design, configure, and implement various components of VBOUT, including journeys, automation workflows, email templates, landing pages, and data extensions, while ensuring scalability and maintainability. Integration and Data Management: Oversee data integration between VBOUT and other systems (e.g., CRM, CMS) to enable seamless data flow for personalized and targeted marketing campaigns. Campaign Execution: •Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered effectively, on time, and meeting the desired outcomes. HTML Coding: •Create, modify, and test HTML templates and email content in Marketing Automation platforms like VBOUT etc. to ensure they display correctly and consistently across various email clients and devices. HTML Quality Assurance: •Perform thorough quality checks on email templates, dynamic content, and landing pages to verify the accuracy of content, links, and dynamic personalization. Email Rendering: •Troubleshoot and fix rendering issues that may occur in different email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail) and various devices (desktop, mobile, tablets). Email Testing: •Conduct comprehensive testing of email campaigns, including A/B testing, to optimize deliverability and engagement. Compliance and Best Practices: •Ensure email campaigns adhere to email marketing best practices, data privacy regulations, and anti-spam laws. A/B Testing and Analytics: •Utilize VBOUT analytical capabilities to set up A/B tests, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. Security and Compliance: •Ensure VBOUT implementations adhere to data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security policies. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: •Act as the technical escalation point for VBOUT-related issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain smooth operations. Documentation and Training: •Create technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices for VBOUT usage.
