Role Overview
You’ll own end-to-end CRM and paid/digital media initiatives for Canibuild’s global growth, specialising in powerful, data-focused marketing campaigns for quality lead nurturing and down-funnel optimisation. As our CRM & Digital Marketing Manager, you will craft strategy, build briefs, execute campaigns, track performance, optimise for ROI, and report insights to drive consistent pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Execution
- Architect and administer our HubSpot instance: contact segmentation, lead scoring, workflows, dashboards, and automations
- Design and deploy email nurture tracks and drip campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
Paid & Digital Media
- Plan, launch and optimise paid search, display, social and programmatic campaigns
- Manage third-party ad relationships (agencies, networks, platforms), ensuring spend efficiency and compliance
- Creative problem-solving abilities with limited spend
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards in HubSpot and other BI tools
- Analyse campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, LTV, ROAS) to inform optimisation and budget allocation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Sales, Content and Design teams to align on campaign briefs and deliverables
- Coordinate timelines, assets and resources for smooth execution
Continuous Optimisation
- A/B test creative, copy, channels and audience segments
- Recommend and implement process improvements to scale campaigns
Project Management
- Own project briefs, timelines, task assignments and status updates
- Ensure on-time delivery of key initiatives and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on CRM management with HubSpot (preferred)
- Proven track record in paid/digital media planning and buying (search, social, display)
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data visualization and SQL-based reporting
- Experience managing third-party relationships (agencies, affiliate partners)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder-collaboration abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Tools you are experienced with: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Adwords, Zapier, Adroll, Outbrain, Meta
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or proptech marketing
- Certifications in HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and advanced analytics
