We are seeking a dedicated Drafting Lead to lead and manage our design drafting team and ensure our services align with both Australian and US standards. Responsibilities Work with builders in various build typologies across the US, Australia, and New Zealand, including ADUs, granny flats, pools (fibreglass and concrete), and sheds (barn, liveable, industrial). Engage in drafting work to meet deadlines. Engage in concept design, rendering production, and completing construction and approval sets for the council/county following the building codes and local legislation.
