Responsibilities Work with builders in various build typologies across the US, Australia, and New Zealand, including ADUs, granny flats, pools (fibreglass and concrete), and sheds (barn, liveable, industrial). Engage in drafting work to meet deadlines. Engage in concept design, rendering production, and completing construction and approval sets for the council/county following the building codes and local legislation. Produce detailed construction drawings (Working Set, Approval Set, Good for Construction Set, Shop Drawings). Manage and guide the drafting team, including freelancers, to ensure timely delivery of drawings. Prioritize workloads and client requests effectively. This role will focus on creating parametric workflows, interactive 3D models, and automated drawing sets , helping us bridge creativity with real-world construction rules. Responsibilities Develop Grasshopper scripts and Rhino workflows to automate design + documentation. Generate multiple parametric design options that balance creative flexibility and technical constraints. Produce interactive 3D models and accurate production drawings for real-world projects. Translate architectural standards and site constraints (terrain, compliance rules) into computational logic. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable automation.
