🎯 Role Objective
To conceptualize, design, and deliver world-class creative assets across all digital touchpoints — social media, performance ads, video, and web — using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and cost-efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🧩 Creative Ideation & Visual Storytelling
Conceptualize and design high-impact creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube campaigns.
Translate campaign briefs into emotionally resonant and visually arresting stories aligned with VXU’s tone of “Excellence, Ambition, and Global Growth.”
Develop reels, carousels, infographics, motion graphics, and ad visuals optimized for engagement and conversion.
Maintain brand consistency across all VXU verticals — Study Abroad, Upskilling, MBBS Abroad, and Executive Education.
🤖 AI-Driven Content CreationLeverage AI tools such as:
Midjourney, Leonardo, Firefly, Canva AI, RunwayML, D-ID, Sora (once available), and ChatGPT for creative ideation and generation.
Descript, Pika, or Synthesia for video editing and voice-over automation.
Notion AI, Jasper, Copy.ai, or ChatGPT for intelligent captioning, ad copy support, and content planning.
Build AI-assisted design workflows to reduce turnaround time while maintaining world-class quality.
Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with emerging tools and integrating them into production pipelines.
📱 Performance & Platform OptimizationDesign platform-specific content tailored to:
Meta Ads (static + motion)
LinkedIn B2B creatives
YouTube Thumbnails & Shorts
Google Display Ads & Landing Page visuals
Understand ad psychology and funnel metrics, ensuring creative intent aligns with campaign objectives (CTR, CPL, CVR).
Collaborate with digital marketing and performance teams to A/B test creative variations for performance uplift.
🎬 Video & Motion ExpertiseCreate short-form videos, transitions, and text animations that hold attention within the first 3 seconds.
Make best use of ChatGPT & other AI tools to turn concepts into cinematic stories.
Design video overlays, typography, and color grading aligned with brand identity.
🧠 Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions; bring bold, insight-driven ideas to the table.
Collaborate cross-functionally with:
Performance Marketing for data-driven visual optimization.
Content Strategy for messaging alignment.
Brand and Founders for vision coherence.
Manage creative workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

🧰 Technical Skill SetProficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Canva Pro / Figma for collaboration and quick-turn design
AI Design Tools: Midjourney, Leonardo, Firefly, RunwayML, Kaiber, D-ID
Video Editing: CapCut, Descript, or Final Cut Pro
Animation & Motion: After Effects, Lottie, or Animaker
Strong understanding of:
Typography, color theory, composition, and brand identity.
Digital ad formats, resolutions, and ratios (1:1, 4:5, 16:9, 9:16)
Performance metrics — design with purpose, not just aesthetics.

💼 QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or Digital Media.
3–8 years of experience in digital creative design (preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or Consumer Brands).
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital, motion, and AI-assisted design.
Certifications in AI tools, Adobe Creative Suite, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
