Role Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving bookings, managing relationships, and executing minimum 2 in-house events per month to boost visibility and conversions. Main KRA Points: 1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for corporate events, exceeding sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. 3. Event Conceptualization: Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and deliver customized corporate events that meet their objectives. 4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships. 5. Event Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for corporate events, contributing to the company's overall business objectives. 6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. 7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with event planning, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction. 8. Client Satisfaction: Ensure high client satisfaction levels through effective communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service. 9. In-House Event Management : To handle minimum 2 in-house event management per month. Desirable Skills: - Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate events, or a related field - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Strong business development and sales strategy skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Eligibility Criteria: Any Postgraduate 2+ years of experience in event sales / banquet sales / hotel or hospitality sales . Must have a bike and laptop (mandatory). Local knowledge of Hyderabad market preferred. Strong communication, networking, and conversion skills.
