Job Description

  • Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to acquire and expand enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and target corporate clients for HR solutions, including HRIS, ATS, payroll, and workforce management software.
  • Engage clients through effective cold calling and persuasive sales conversations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and industry events.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with CHROs, HR Heads, and C-level executives.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with corporate HR leaders, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate HR teams to drive repeat business and account expansion.
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends, SaaS innovations, AI-driven recruitment, and automation.
  • Understand competitive positioning and differentiate HR solutions for corporate buyers.
  • Provide market insights to the product team for continuous improvements and feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop corporate sales campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Work with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for corporate clients.
  • Align with finance and legal teams on contract negotiations and pricing models.

Skills & Expertise Required

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in selling to CHROs, HR Heads, and CEOs at mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Expertise in HR solutions, workforce automation, and talent management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven corporate sales environment.
