Job Identification Title: Corporate Recruiter Division: Recruitment (Internal Hiring) Location: Base Location Mumbai – Andheri East Work Time: 1.00 pm-10.00 pm Supervisory Relationships Reports To: Vice President Supervises: NA (Individual Contributor role) responsibilities AND DESIRED PROFILE Individual Contributor Role for Infinite’s key corporate positions for the global offices Proven experience with C Suite, Executive & leadership hiring Work closely with Business/Stakeholders to understand the hiring needs and goals of the organization Provide external marketplace intelligence/industry trend analyses and recommend adjustments to recruiting strategies Accountable for end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening CVs to compensation negotiations, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Maintain data, developing appropriate reports and performance metrics on a regular basis, keeping track of recruiting metrics Use multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, headhunting, social media, events and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within the desired time frame 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience Any Graduate/Any Postgraduate/ MBA (HR)/PGDHRM Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills Must be willing to travel as required on short notice period Why Infinite??
