KPI Sponsorship Acquisition Campaign Integration Strategic Partnerships Cross-Industry Collaborations Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Identify and pitch potential sponsors for festive campaigns, summer initiatives, and large-scale live events across all assets Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and Negotiate sponsorship deals to maximize revenue Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to integrate sponsor requirements seamlessly into campaigns Forge alliances with publications, media houses, embassies, consulates, and cultural organizations to enhance campaign reach and credibility Partner with retailers, event agencies, ticketing platforms, fine dining aggregators, and other relevant entities to amplify event scale and engagement Liaise with marketing, operations, and asset teams to ensure sponsorship and alliance strategies are aligned across all properties Special Skills sponsorship sales, strategic alliances, or partnership roles, preferably in retail, entertainment, or asset management industries Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
