The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing legal operations, managing regulatory risks, and ensuring the organization is compliant with applicable laws, including those related to digital payments, data privacy, information security, and corporate governance. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Legal Affairs Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, MoUs, NDAs, SLAs, partnership contracts, and vendor agreements. Provide legal support for fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate structuring matters.
