We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Fintech Alliance Manager to drive and manage partnerships across the fintech ecosystem with a specific focus on Cash Management Services (CMS) and banking-related products . The ideal candidate brings a blend of business development acumen, product knowledge, and relationship management expertise in the financial services and fintech space. Role & responsibilities Strategic Alliances & Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic alliances with fintechs, banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and onboarding of partners for CMS and banking-related offerings. Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle from onboarding to performance tracking and relationship management. Product Enablement & Integration: Work closely with internal product teams to define go-to-market strategies for CMS and banking partnership products. Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure seamless product integration and execution with partners. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Drive revenue through co-branded solutions, white-label offerings, or embedded finance models. Monitor partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between fintech partners and internal stakeholders including compliance, legal, operations, and finance. Provide regular updates to leadership on market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape.
