We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven In-House Merchant Sales Executive to convert potential merchants from our existing database into active payment gateway users. The role involves lead generation, tele-sales, database management, document collection, and merchant support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and customer satisfaction.
1. Merchant Conversion & Lead Generation • Reach out to merchants from the in-house database through calls, emails, or digital outreach. • Explain company products, features, and benefits to convert them into active payment gateway users. • Generate leads and follow up with interested merchants to complete the onboarding process. • Achieve monthly conversion and activation targets.
Collect required KYC and onboarding documents from merchants in a timely and accurate manner. • Coordinate with the operations and compliance teams to ensure proper verification and activation. • Maintain records of all documents and ensure adherence to company policies.
