Salary : 55,000 - 65,000 / Month + Performance Based Incetives

Role Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients across FMCG, media, retail, hospitality, and service sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Develop and present customized barter/exchange solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate deals, structure barter arrangements, and ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for deal execution, documentation, and fulfillment.
  • Track performance metrics, report key results, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Represent Network4Barter at industry events, networking meets, and trade forums.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and business innovation practices.

  • Proven experience in

    B2B Sales / Partnerships / Corporate Alliances / Media Barter / Trade Exchange

  • Excellent

    negotiation, communication, and presentation

    skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to design creative barter-based deal structures.
  • High degree of ownership, integrity, and result orientation.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, business communication platforms, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 45 years of experience in business development, preferably in

    barter, media, advertising, FMCG, or trade exchange

    domains.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
