About the Role

Career Advisory Services (CAS)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead national partnerships
with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and diagnostic labs to support internship and placement programs.
Negotiate and close MOUs
with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration between academia and industry.
Manage and mentor regional placement teams
to deliver on internship and placement goals.
Represent the organization at
industry events, healthcare forums, and conferences
to strengthen visibility and relationships.
Work closely with academic and placement teams to align
student readiness with employer expectations
.
Track and report placement data, partnership performance, and national-level outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate in
Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing
, or related field.
8–12 years of experience
in institutional partnerships, placements, or career services — preferably in
healthcare education or skill development
.
Established network across hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare chains.
Proven experience managing
multi-regional or national-level teams
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to
travel extensively across India
.
