As we scale new mandate projectsincluding plotted developments and premium residential launcheswe are building a product and strategy function to drive data-backed decision-making, launch excellence, and pricing intelligence.
To own end-to-end product strategy and sales intelligence for assigned mandate projects by conducting market research, competitive benchmarking, pricing and product recommendations, inventory management, APR analysis, GTM planning, and launch playbook executionensuring strong sell-through and revenue outcomes.
This role acts as the bridge between Product , sales strategy and sales execution
