This role is critical in driving strategic partnerships with top-tier digital marketing agencies, global brands, and corporates, ensuring student success across all course offerings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to position IIDE as the preferred talent partner for industry leaders. Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and hiring stakeholders. Identify, engage, and onboard top-tier hiring partners across industries. Represent IIDE at high-profile industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility. Align placement processes with market trends, ensuring a high success rate for student outcomes. Oversee recruitment drives and manage strategic placement collaborations. Drive data-backed insights for continuous process improvement. Must-Have: Experience: 8–10+ years in corporate relations, business development, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on recruitment or education industries. Proven ability to secure partnerships with multinational corporations or leading agencies. Strategic Expertise: Strong ability to develop and execute partnership strategies. Track record of aligning business objectives with organizational goals to achieve measurable success. Leadership Skills: Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaborations. Ability to influence and build consensus across senior stakeholders. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in crafting high-impact proposals. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and recruitment systems. Should-Have: Strong understanding of digital marketing and recruitment trends. Experience in organizing large-scale recruitment or placement drives. Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies. Hands-on experience in database building, prospecting, and cold outreach. Nice-to-Have: Existing relationships within the digital marketing, tech, or media industries. Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
