Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Identify and develop
new B2B opportunities
with corporates, MNCs, educational institutions, and event agencies.
Pitch and sell
gaming packages, gift cards, bulk bookings, and corporate events
to HR, Admin, and Corporate Gifting teams.
Build and maintain strong
client relationships
to ensure repeat and long-term business.
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and brand alignment.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at
networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences
to generate leads.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
Prepare and maintain
sales reports, proposals, and presentations
for management.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
.
3–6 years of
B2B sales or corporate sales experience
, preferably in
Gaming, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Event Management
.
Strong corporate network and experience in pitching to
HR/Admin/Procurement
departments.
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and presentation
skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed
sales targets
.
Passion for gaming, entertainment, and customer engagement is a plus.
