Corporate Relations - Campus Placements Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Placement Operations

• Ensure timely submission of reports, dashboards, and analytics aligned with NAAC/NBA requirements.
• Monitor and enhance student satisfaction and feedback on placement support.
• Drive branding and visibility initiatives through posts, events, and newsletters for social media and industry outreach.
• Organize and execute campus recruitment drives, ensuring regular industry participation.
  

2. Communication & Outreach

• Track and improve placement outcomes for eligible students across departments.
• Maintain continuous engagement with students regarding placement opportunities.
  

3. Industry & Corporate Relations

• Coordinate internships and ensure a high percentage of students receive meaningful internship opportunities.
• Build and expand industry partnerships and collaborations through MoUs and strategic connects.
  

4. Governance & Compliance

• Develop, review, and update centralized placement policies to ensure standardization across campuses.
• Manage multi-campus coordination by facilitating joint placement drives and inter-campus activities.
• Oversee pre-placement training and grooming, including soft skills, aptitude, and GD/PI sessions.
  

5. Data and Technology

• Strengthen alumni engagement by involving alumni in mentoring, training, and referral activities.
• Collect and evaluate employer feedback to strengthen recruiter relationships and improve placement processes.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and centralized tracking of placement-related data through ERP systems.
  

6. Strategy & Planning

• Coordinate large-scale job fairs and ensure participation of reputed organizations.
• Contribute to annual strategy development and align placement initiatives with institutional KPIs.
  

7. Training & Development

• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings with faculty and leadership to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Support strategic planning and execution for continuous improvement in placement performance.
  

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Masters degree preferred (or equivalent experience in placement, corporate relations, or training).
• Strong communication, networking, and industry outreach skills.
• Ability to manage multi-campus operations and diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and ERP-based data management.
• Demonstrated experience in student engagement, corporate partnerships, and placement strategy.
