Job Overview: The Senior HR Professional will be responsible for driving the HR strategy in alignment with business goals, managing statutory compliance, formulating HR policies, and overseeing recruitment. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep HR expertise to lead initiatives that enhance organisational performance and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support growth. Formulate, revise, and implement HR policies based on evolving business needs and ensure effective communication across the organisation. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce forecasting, planning, talent sourcing, hiring, and onboarding, in collaboration with department heads. Address employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and promote employee engagement and open communication. Guide and support the performance management process, including performance appraisals, career development, and succession planning. Use HR data and analytics to monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making for continuous improvement. Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring high performance and providing professional development opportunities. Develop and implement training and development programs to build leadership and technical skills within the organisation. Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive organisational goals through people strategies and HR initiatives. Enable and drive automation across HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, leveraging technology to streamline operations. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of HR strategy and its alignment with business objectives. In-depth knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in policy formulation and talent management. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaboration across departments. Analytical mindset with experience using HR data for decision-making. Proficiency in HR software and tool. Qualification: Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labor regulations. Prior experience in recruitment, talent management, and HR strategy formulation.
