Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the
end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Handle
lateral, immediate, and niche hiring
across various IT technologies .
Manage, mentor, and motivate a
team of recruiters
, assign requirements, track performance, and drive individual and team closure targets.
