Job Description

Domestic HR Team Leader / Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment delivery
for client accounts across BPO / ITES / Healthcare domains
Handle
bulk hiring mandates
with strict TATs and SLAs
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure target-based delivery
Act as a
single point of contact (SPOC)
for assigned client accounts
Understand client requirements, workforce planning, and hiring forecasts
Ensure quality screening, shortlist accuracy, and offer closure
Monitor daily productivity, pipeline status, and closure ratios
Prepare and share
MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Drive recruiter engagement, training, and performance improvement
Ensure compliance with TalentQ recruitment processes and client expectations

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
Minimum
3+ years
in recruitment consulting or staffing firms
Mandatory
team handling and client management
experience
Proven exposure to
high-volume / bulk hiring
Experience working with
multiple client accounts
Education:
Graduation or above
Languages:
English, Hindi & Telugu
Joining:
Immediate joiners preferred
