Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

Manage full-cycle recruitment for
store, service center, corporate, and leadership roles
.
Handle workforce hiring across
multiple states and locations
.

100% position closure within defined TAT.

Strategic Workforce Planning

Identify
current and future hiring needs
based on:

Business expansion
Attrition trends
Productivity gaps

Recruitment Team Management

Build, train, and manage a
recruitment team
.
Allocate requisitions and monitor recruiter performance.
Set clear
KPIs for recruiters
(TAT, quality of hire, joining ratio).

ATS & Hiring Tools Development

Design, implement, and manage an
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
Streamline recruitment workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Ensure accurate tracking of:

Open positions
Candidate stages
Offer vs joining ratios

AI-Based Screening & Innovation

Implement
AI-driven screening tools
for:

Resume shortlisting
Skill matching
Candidate ranking

Employer Branding & Sourcing Strategy

Strengthen
employer branding
across job portals, social media, and referrals.
Drive sourcing through:

Job portals
Employee referral programs
Social hiring (LinkedIn, digital platforms)

Build partnerships with consultants, colleges, and local hiring sources.

Compliance & Candidate Experience
