Position : Trainer Maharashtra Region (Base Location: Pune) Industry : Retail / Sales / Electronics (Apple Premium Reseller – iVenus) Role & Responsibilities Conduct onboarding and refresher training for sales and service staff. Deliver product training (Apple ecosystem), soft skills, and customer experience sessions. Identify training needs via TNI/TNA in coordination with store managers. Travel across Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, South Maharashtra) to deliver in-person training. Design and update training content, modules, and SOPs. Maintain training MIS, attendance, and feedback for continuous improvement. Coordinate with HR and operations teams for training effectiveness and alignment. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience in training (Retail, Telecom, Electronics, FMCG preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel. Must be open to frequent travel within Maharashtra. Prior experience with premium brand training (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Reliance) is a plus.
