Minimum requirement:

M.Sc. or B.Sc. Sc in Audiology
Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience and background in patient consultation and dispensing hearing aids / Training / Tele-sales preferred
Confident in presenting excellent communication skills
Should be fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages will be added bonus)

Responsibilities:

Training onboarding and regular refresher trainings on Audiology and Product topics
Coaching new consultants and becoming a mentor, and tracking their progress
Call quality audit and feedback sharing for sales consultants
Innovative to develop learning material for non-audiologist colleagues.
Knowledge of content creation on MS PowerPoint
Available for clarification of doubts of agents on the floor and resolving them on real real-time basis
Provide regular updates on the floor on Audiology and Product aspects
Help in upskilling our partner clinics and help them to resolve issues remotely.
Diagnose, counsel, and recommend hearing aids to the patients remotely as well as face-to-face
Taking ear impressions and offers optimum acoustics.
Efficient in documentation
