CRM Executive

Your Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing
campaigns
(Email, Whatsapp, RCS, SMS, Push notifications) to engage, nurture, and reactivate customers.
Work with the CRM Manager to
develop customer journeys
that drive conversions and improve retention.
Build and manage
Email/Whatsapp/ SMS templates
for personalized customer communication.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to optimize results.
Support with
data management and segmentation
for targeted campaigns.
Stay updated on CRM best practices (deliverability, inbox placement, A/B testing, customer engagement).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Your Profile

Hands on experience in CRM, digital marketing, or Whatsapp/ SMS / RCS campaign execution.
Hands-on experience with any
CRM or automation tool
(Salesforce, Braze, Msg91 etc.) preferred
Good knowledge of
Excel
(pivot tables, basic analysis) and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
A proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills to improve performance and drive A/B tests
